BILLING

Farmers and Mechanics currently offers four different premium payment plans. Insureds have the option of paying their annual premium in one, two, four or six installments.

Renewal and installment invoices are mailed to the payee approximately thirty days prior to the due date. Please contact your agent to notify them of any mailing address changes.

CLAIMS

The claims staff at Farmers and Mechanics try to put ourselves in our insureds’ position. We realize probably the most critical time you may deal with the company is when you have a claim. We pride ourselves on being there for you in your time of need. If the time comes just call your local agent or stop by their office. They will take the necessary information to submit your claim to the company or supply you with a toll-free telephone number to directly contact our claims department.
